肌萎缩侧索硬化症系运动神经原的一组疾病。其伴味觉异常者极为罕见,国内文献未见报道。现将本院所遇一例报告如下。患者,罗××,男,50岁,乘务员。因双腿乏力半年,口舌干甜感一月,于1985年8月31日入院。患者半年来无明显诱因逐渐出现双下肢抬腿困难,活动不灵,上梯无力、发颤、肌肉跳痛,双手消瘦,左侧大腿部肌肉疼痛,同时感口舌发干、发甜、呈进行性加重(与饮食无关),无吞咽困难及饮水发呛,二便正常。 Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a group of diseases of motor neurons.
