Methods of integrated analysis and documentation were employed. The paper brings forward the performance of effect anal ysis index of land consolidation,then presents the principle, the way and the architecture of how to establish effect analysis index of land consolidation. This will play a good guidance role for analyzing the achievement of land consolidation comprehensively.
