我们利用废旧包装筐箱在室内生产蒜黄,收到较好的效果。现将方法介绍如下:1.筐箱规格选用高50厘米左右的废旧竹筐、纸箱或木箱,周围用报纸糊严备用。2、蒜种选择选择个大、均匀、紧实的紫皮蒜为宜,越紧实的蒜长出的蒜黄越好。3、蒜头前处理栽植前剥去蒜头外皮,用清水浸泡24小时,掰成两半,剔除衣苔、根盘及残余蒜,以便于栽植和吸水发根。
