以电网公司采购需求量事先不能完全确定的寄售物资为对象,结合拍卖和谈判理论探讨了一种基于价格list的物资采购招标方法。根据采购商和供应商的效用函数,给出了价格list模型和采购招标机制,设计和分析了供应商的得分规则和投标规则,进而以采购商效用最大化为目标建立了一个供应商选择模型,并增加了采购商和入围供应商谈判议价的环节,旨在进一步改善招标采购的效率。
Taking the consignment materials which can not be completely determined by the demand of power grid companies in advance, this paper discusses a method of material procurement bidding based on the price list combining the theory of auction and negotiation.
