由广州地区的亚热带阔叶林区采集菌样,经实验室筛选分离出一株白腐菌株,通过分子生物学的方法,扩增其18s rDNA序列并分析,对菌株进行分类鉴定,初步确定该菌为白黄小脆柄菇。该菌株液体发酵产漆酶的最高峰在第3天,酶活为31525 IU/L。Native-PAGE电泳谱图显示P.candolleana在培养过程中至少能够分泌两种漆酶同工酶。通过在液体培养基中添加天然底物进行发酵,第5天漆酶活性达到最高,其相对漆酶酶活为2.7左右(规定不加底物的发酵液的漆酶酶活为1),纤维素酶与半纤维素酶活性较低且变化不大。
Bacterial samples were collected from the subtropical broad-leaved forest in Guangzhou, and a white rot fungus strain was isolated by laboratory screening.
