对近期有关茉莉酸(JA)及其甲酯(Me-JA)影响植物生长、诱导作物的抗病虫能力及提高作物次生代谢物等方面的相关文献进行综述。主要内容包括:1)JA和Me-JA对植物生长有影响,低浓度的Me-JA显著缩短烟草种子的萌发时间,增加鳞茎的数量和鳞叶的鲜质量,促进禾本科植物的颖花开放,而高浓度的Me-JA则具有相反的生理作用;2)JA和Me-JA可以提高植物抵抗病虫危害的能力;3)JA和Me-JA能够促进果实成熟的进程;4)JA和Me-JA可以有效提高药用植物有效成分的含量和丰富种类的多样化。总体看来,茉莉酸及其甲酯在农业生产中的应用前景广阔。
Recent literature on the effects of jasmonic acid (JA) and its methyl ester (Me-JA) on plant growth, resistance to pests and diseases induced by crops, and secondary crops metabolites was reviewed. The main contents include: 1) JA and Me-JA have effects on plant growth. Me-JA at a low concentration significantly shortens the germination time of tobacco seeds, increases the number of bulbs and the fresh quality of scale leaves, and promotes the spikelet opening of grasses , While Me-JA at high concentration has the opposite physiological effect; 2) JA and Me-JA can enhance the plant’s resistance to pests and diseases; 3) JA and Me-JA can promote the process of fruit ripening; 4) JA and Me-JA can effectively improve the content of medicinal plant active ingredients and rich variety of diversification. In general, jasmonic acid and its methyl ester in agricultural production prospects.
