幼儿教师是履行幼儿园教育工作职责的专业人员,需要经过严格的培养与培训,具有良好的职业道德,掌握系统的专业知识和专业技能。尽管我国从幼儿教师的实际情况出发,提出了幼儿教师职业道德规范来约束教师的行为,但幼儿教师的现状仍然不容乐观。经过调查和思考,我认为多途径对幼儿教师进行职前筛选、专业教育和职后跟进式培训是提高幼儿教师整体素质的有效方式。
Kindergarten teachers are kindergarten teachers to perform their duties and responsibilities of professionals, need to undergo a rigorous training and training, have good professional ethics, master the system of professional knowledge and professional skills. Although our country preschool teachers from the actual situation, put forward preschool teachers’ professional ethics to restrain the behavior of teachers, but the status quo of preschool teachers is still not optimistic. After investigation and reflection, I think that pre-service screening, professional education and follow-up training for kindergarten teachers in various ways are effective ways to improve the overall quality of kindergarten teachers.
