幼儿教师是履行幼儿园教育工作职责的专业人员,需要经过严格的培养与培训,具有良好的职业道德,掌握系统的专业知识和专业技能。尽管我国从幼儿教师的实际情况出发,提出了幼儿教师职业道德规范来约束教师的行为,但幼儿教师的现状仍然不容乐观。经过调查和思考,我认为多途径对幼儿教师进行职前筛选、专业教育和职后跟进式培训是提高幼儿教师整体素质的有效方式。 Kindergarten teachers are kindergarten teachers to perform their duties and responsibilities of professionals, need to undergo a rigorous training and training, have good professional ethics, master the system of professional knowledge and professional skills. After investigation and reflection, I think that pre-service screening, professional education and follow-up training for kindergarten teachers in various ways are effective ways to improve the overall quality of kindergarten teachers.
