通过比较消毒时间、外植体来源、激素组合等因素的作用 ,建立了适于生产上应用的无蔓一号南瓜种苗组培快繁技术。试验结果表明 :无蔓一号南瓜最佳的消毒方法为 70 %乙醇表面消毒 3 0 s,然后 Hg Cl2消毒 1 5 min;顶芽的芽诱导率比子叶高 ;适于试管苗生长的培养基为 2 / 3 MS+BA 0 .5 mg/ L,月增殖系数为 3 .3。 1 / 2 MS对无蔓一号南瓜不定根的形成效果最好
By comparing the effect of disinfection time, explant source, hormone combination and other factors, the tissue culture and propagation technology of No-No-1 pumpkin seedlings suitable for production was established. The results showed that the best disinfection method for pumpkin seedless pumpkin was 70% alcohol surface sterilized for 30 seconds and then HgCl2 for 15 minutes.
