蛋白质组学分析是目前分离、鉴定蛋白差异表达最为有效的研究手段之一,其核心技术包括以双向电泳为主的蛋白质分离技术、以质谱分析为核心的蛋白质鉴定技术以及计算机图像数据处理和数据库的构建。蛋白质组学分析方法是功能基因组研究的重要支柱。文章总结了蛋白质组学分析用大豆蛋白提取方法的改进,综述了蛋白质组学技术在大豆与根瘤菌相互作用、大豆组织器官蛋白、生长发育相关蛋白研究上的应用以及在生物及非生物胁迫、细胞器水平、大豆遗传多样性及转基因鉴定领域的研究进展,同时对大豆蛋白质组学的发展前景进行了展望。
