目的:研究银黄清肺胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定盐酸麻黄碱的含量,Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用磷酸调节PH值为2.7)(3∶97),检测波长为210nm,流速:1.0m L/min;柱温35℃,理论板数大于3000(按盐酸麻黄碱峰计算)。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.0652~1.3040μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=2195.38X-22.69,r=0.9991,测得加样回收率为99.25%,空白对照无干扰。结论:本实验所建立的含量测定方法简便、快捷、可靠,可用于银黄清肺胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To study the determination method of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsule. Methods: The content of ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.02 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.2% triethylamine and adjusted with phosphoric acid PH value of 2.7) (3:97), detection wavelength of 210nm, flow rate: 1.0m L / min; column temperature 35 ℃, the theoretical plate number greater than 3000 (calculated as ephedrine hydrochloride peak). Results: Ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0652-1.3040μg. The regression equation was: Y = 2195.38X-22.69, r = 0.9991. The recovery was 99.25%. The blank control had no interference. Conclusion: The assay established in this experiment is simple, rapid and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsule.
