日本已生产透皮吸收的Frandol(FT-S)胶布,但给药面积较大(50cm~2/张)。本文研制硝酸异山梨醇酯(ISDN)巴布剂(cataplasma),处方(%)为:ISDN 1.12、甘油(Gly)40.0、聚丙烯酸钠6.0、羟丙基甲基纤维素1.0、硅酸镁铝0.35、磷酸氢钙0.3、聚丙烯酸2.0、酒石酸0.1、乙二胺四乙酸0.03,另加吸收促进剂sefsol-308(s-308,中链脂肪酸甘油酯)1.5,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯(IPM)5、水加至100。首先试验了ISDN在各种溶媒中对去毛大鼠腹部的透皮吸收速率,其大小依次为:丙二醇(PG)>水-PG(1∶1)>水>水-PG-Gly(1∶1∶1)>水-Gly(1∶1)>Gly。在水-PG和

In this paper, ISDN cataplasma was prepared with the following prescriptions: ISDN 1.12, glycerol 40.0, sodium polyacrylate 6.0, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 1.0, magnesium aluminum silicate 0.35, dicalcium phosphate 0.3, polyacrylic acid 2.0, tartaric acid 0.1, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid 0.03, plus absorption enhancer sefsol-308 (s-308, medium chain fatty acid glycerides) 1.5, isopropyl myristate ) 5, water to 100.
