也许有人要问为什么要谈谋略,因为“用兵之道,先定其谋,然后乃施其事”。企业经营如同用兵, 活动的过程越复杂,就越需要进行精心的分析和谋划。图书经营企业由于其“双效”的属性,决定了该类企业的经营管理具有与众不同的特质与复杂性,因此,如何把握好势、确定其谋就显得格外重要。谋略管理分为核心能力、策略创新、知识管理与电子商务四个层面。下面,结合本人的认识和研究逐一论之。
Some people may want to ask why we should talk about strategy, because “the road to military use, first set its own course, and then use it.” Businesses operating as soldiers, the more complicated the process of activities, the more need for careful analysis and planning. Because of its “double effect” attribute, book-management enterprises decide the distinctive traits and complexities of the management of such enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important to grasp the advantages and determine the ways in which they operate. Strategy management is divided into four levels: core competence, strategy innovation, knowledge management and e-commerce. Below, combined with my understanding and research on one by one.
