除旧迎新,少不了回顾与展望。本刊已在1990年第6期发表过有关文章,总结特区十年经济建设的经验和教训,本期继续向读者奉献这方面的文章,《略论深圳特区发展中的十个关系》一文就从另一个角度回顾和总结了特区十年经济建设值得重视的成功经验。走过了十年艰苦历程的经济特区,现在是全面、认真、冷静、深刻地进行回顾与总结的时候了!再不能象一段时期所说的那样“摸着石头过河”了!特区经济建设的内容是丰富多采的,其经验与教训也是丰富多采的。继承和发扬优良的传统、成功的经验,汲取某些失误或挫折的教训,将使今后十年迈出更加稳健、更加坚实的步伐,就能创造出与“深圳速度”相媲美,抑或应该说比“深圳速度”更重要、更辉煌的业绩。
