借用具有固定含义的专业术语进入普通用语,这是词汇丰富化的一条重要途径,这种现象被称作术语的通用化。而借用普通大众所熟知的通用语介入术语也是词汇系统中不可忽视的普遍现象,这就是通用语的术语化。音乐领域亦存在这种现象。音乐术语转化为通用语的类型有:词义扩大,增加引申义,增加比喻义,增加色彩义;通用语转化音乐术语的类型有:词义缩小,词义扩展,词义转移。
Borrowing generic terminology with a fixed meaning into ordinary terms is an important way of lexically enriching vocabulary, a phenomenon commonly known as terminology.
