用双波长薄层色谱扫描仪对二妙丸、三妙丸与四妙丸中主要有效成分——小檗碱和掌叶防己碱进行含量测定。方法简便,结果稳定,重现性良好,加样回收率在95％左右。
The contents of berberine and palmitine in Ermiao Pills, Sanmiao Pills and Si Miao Pills were determined with a dual-wavelength thin-layer chromatography scanner. The method is simple, the result is stable, and the reproducibility is good. The recovery rate of the sample is about 95%.
