随着经济社会的不断发展,现代企业在激烈的市场竞争中要想获得较大的市场竞争优势,就要对企业运行成本进行控制和管理,煤炭企业的运行和发展对我国能源的利用以及相关的煤炭产品供给具有十分重要的影响。本文主要对我国现阶段煤炭企业的城管控制与管理现状进行分析,并在此基础上提出了几条有利于企业控制成本、提升管理水平的实际措施,从而进一步提升煤炭企业的综合竞争力。企业运行成本的控制与管理工作是保证煤炭企业获得较大市场份额,不被市场淘汰的重要途径和措施。
