加强新形势下学生党员发展工作,对于贯彻落实党的十八大精神、保持党的先进性和纯洁性,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。基于此,以福建信息职业技术学院为例,分析当前高职院校学生党员发展工作中存在的不够实、不够深、不够细的问题,进而从制度建设、队伍建设、执行落实、持续改进四个角度提出对策,以期建立健全学生党员发展工作全过程控制机制。
Strengthening the development of student party members under the new situation has very important theoretical and practical significance for implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and for maintaining the advanced nature and purity of the party. Based on this, taking Fujian Institute of Information Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in the development of student party members in higher vocational colleges at present, such as not enough truth, not enough depth and not enough detail. From the perspective of system construction, team building, implementation and continuous improvement, Point out the countermeasures in order to establish and improve the whole process of student party members development control mechanism.
