33只兔眼接受~(60)钴照射5小时和24小时(350伦和2000伦)。20只正常兔限为对照组。测定~(60)钴照射后房水蛋白、PGE_1和cAMP的含量。结果表明,试验组与对照组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。作者认为,PGE_1介入了放射性白内障形成的初期阶段。同时推测,PGE_1可能通过cAMP来实现其对于细胞水平辐射损伤的防护作用
Thirty-three eyes received ~ (60) cobalt for 5 hours and 24 hours (350 and 2000 lun) respectively. 20 normal rabbits as a control group. The content of aqueous humor protein, PGE 1 and cAMP after ~ (60) cobalt irradiation was measured. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P <0.05). The authors believe that PGE_1 intervenes in the initial stages of radiation cataract formation. Simultaneously, it is speculated that PGE_1 may achieve its protective effect on cellular level radiation damage through cAMP
