本文根据工艺参数的数学模型和最优化原理,在以加工零件表面最低粗糙度及高生产率的前提下,对高速磨削工艺参数进行最优化。文中采用拉格朗日(Lagrangian)乘子法,解决具有不等式约束的多目标多变量的最优化问题。
According to the mathematical model of the process parameters and the principle of optimization, this paper optimizes the high speed grinding process parameters on the premise of the lowest surface roughness and high productivity of the machined parts. In this paper, Lagrange multiplier method is used to solve the multi-objective multivariable optimization problem with inequality constraints.
