要把精神文明建设放到更加突出的位置,必须用科学理论武装头脑。对企业来说,就要从组织和带领职工刻苦学习马列主义、毛泽东思想,特别是认真学习邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论入手。但是由于我们前些年工作中一些问题,特别是一手比较硬、一手比较软的问题还未真正得到解决,因而现在一讲学习政治理论,一些职工就不感兴趣;即使勉强把人集中起来,也是一人念大家听,而能做到认真听的还算是不错的。不改变这种状况,就很难把六中全会提出的任务落到实处。
To place spiritual civilization construction in a more prominent position, we must arm our minds with scientific theories. For enterprises, we should start by organizing and leading staff to study hard Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, especially studying Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, due to some problems in our work in previous years, especially the relatively hard-handed ones and the softer ones, the issue of studying political theory has not been solved yet. Some workers are not interested in studying political theories. Even if we are to force people together, Listening to everyone read, but can do it seriously listening is not bad. Without changing this situation, it is very hard to put the task put forward by the 6th Plenary Session into effect.
