灵芝是一类重要的木腐真菌,其制种研究为进一步的大田栽培提供了原料基础。该研究以玉米秆为主要成分应用于灵芝制种培养基的制备,二级种和三级种分别设置了3种不同的配方,比较了灵芝菌丝在不同培养基上的生长速度、形态特征和菌丝中多糖含量。结果表明:灵芝菌株在培养基YM2B和YM3C上生长速度分别为(3.09±0.06)mm·d~(-1)和(4.84±0.33)mm·d~(-1),多糖含量分别为(0.440±0.025)%和(0.279±0.032)%,生长优势明显,有利于进一步大田栽培应用。表明玉米秆可作为主要原料用于灵芝制种培养基的配制。
Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of important wood rot fungi, and its seed production study provides the raw material basis for further field cultivation. In this study, corn stalk was used as the main component in the preparation of Ganoderma Lucidum breeding medium. Three kinds of different formulas were set up for the secondary and tertiary species. The growth rate, morphological characteristics of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium on different media And mycelium polysaccharide content. The results showed that the growth rates of Ganoderma lucidum were (3.09 ± 0.06) mm · d -1 and (4.84 ± 0.33) mm · d -1 in the medium YM2B and YM3C respectively, and the contents of polysaccharides were (0.440 ± 0.025)% and (0.279 ± 0.032)%, respectively. The growth advantage was obvious, which is benefit for further field cultivation. Show that corn stalk can be used as the main raw material for the preparation of Ganoderma lucidum seed medium.
