1988年11月～1990年10月我们对脑梗塞的四组治疗方案进行了比较,现报道如下:1 方案设计 A组:中型高压氧舱治疗,0.2大气压(MPa)下呼吸混合氧(97％O_2+≤3％CO_2)20min,每次总治疗时间60min;进舱前静滴胞二磷胆硷1g,ATP40mg,E-C60mg,低分子右旋糖酐500ml加维脑路通1g,每日一次,10次为一疗程。B组:高压氧舱治疗同A组,口服丹参、脑复康,VitE和脑益嗪等,均为日常用量。C组:中型高压氧舱治疗,0.2MPa下呼吸纯氧30min×2次,中间休息10min,每次总治疗时间约110min,口服扩血管药物及B组药物。D组:静滴低分
