目的评估温州市星级规范化预防接种门诊(以下简称星级门诊)免疫预防服务质量,为今后免疫规划督导和门诊建设提供参考。方法按照分层抽样的方法,抽取温州市鹿城区、乐清市、平阳县、泰顺县的8家星级门诊和8家普通接种门诊,从预防接种知识知晓率、家长预防接种服务满意度和疫苗接种率三方面进行调查,并比较星级门诊和普通门诊间差异。结果 8家星级门诊麻疹疫苗的基础、加强免疫接种率和接种及时率分别为98.18%、93.37%、91.24%;预防接种知识综合知晓率92.40%,各分类知晓情况均在85%以上。83.12%的家长对各项预防接种服务的综合满意度达到了满分24分,各分类满意度达到“满意”程度的均在95%以上。星级门诊在各方面均好于普通门诊(均P<0.05)。结论温州市星级门诊创建达到了较高水平。
Objective To evaluate the quality of immunodeficiency prevention services of star standardized vaccination clinics in Wenzhou City (hereinafter referred to as star clinics), and to provide reference for future supervision and clinic construction of immunization programs. Methods According to the stratified sampling method, eight star clinic and eight general outpatient clinics in Lucheng District, Yueqing City, Pingyang County and Taishun County of Wenzhou City were drawn from the information of vaccination awareness, parents’ vaccination service satisfaction and Vaccination rates were investigated in three areas, and compared star clinic and general out-patient differences. Results The basis of 8 star outpatient measles vaccines was 98.18%, 93.37% and 91.24% respectively. The awareness rate of vaccination knowledge was 92.40%. The awareness of each category was over 85%. 83.12% of parents reached a perfect score of 24 on comprehensive vaccination services, and the satisfaction levels of all categories reached over 95%. Star clinic was better than general clinic in all aspects (all P <0.05). Conclusion Wenzhou City Star clinic has reached a high level.
