改革开放以来,民营企业迅速发展成为我国经济不可缺少的一部分。全球金融危机后中国出口受阻,再加上国内产能过剩的影响,民营企业粗放式的管理不再适合复杂的环境,管理问题也成为了许多民营企业需要面临的挑战,尤其是人力资源管理的核心绩效管理问题。笔者就民营企业绩效管理中出现的问题进行分析,并提出自己的几点建议。
Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of private-owned enterprises has become an indispensable part of our economy. After the global financial crisis, China’s exports were blocked. Coupled with the impact of overcapacity in China, the extensive management of private-owned enterprises is no longer suitable for complex environments. The management issue has also become a challenge for many private-owned enterprises, especially the core of human resources management Performance management issues. The author analyzes the problems that arise in the performance management of private enterprises and puts forward some suggestions of their own.
