针对天津市某办公建筑的两间多人办公室,以现场测试和调查问卷相结合的方法在空调季展开调研。测试了室内外空气温度和相对湿度、室内黑球温度、空气流速,观察并记录了室内人员活动及在室情况、设备功率及工作状态、照明控制行为及灯具使用情况。在此基础上建立了人员冷负荷、设备冷负荷及照明冷负荷的计算模型,并通过实测数据验证了模型的有效性。
A multi-person office for an office building in Tianjin, with field testing and questionnaire combined method of research in the air-conditioning season. The indoor and outdoor air temperature and relative humidity, indoor black ball temperature and air flow rate were tested. The indoor activities and room conditions, equipment power and working status, lighting control behavior and lighting usage were observed and recorded. On this basis, the calculation models of cold load, cooling load of equipment and illumination cooling load are established, and the validity of the model is verified by the measured data.
