[目的 ]建立用于选择血吸虫病化疗方案的成本—效果分析模型。[方法 ]分别对血吸虫病全民化疗、询检化疗和筛选化疗策略所包含的各项成本进行分析 ,以化疗治愈的感染者人数作为效果指标 ,以成本—效果比作为比较的指标。[结果 ]影响全民化疗成本—效果比的变量 ,主要为每人次治病各项投入的成本和血吸虫的感染率 ;影响询检化疗成本—效果比的变量主要为每人次询检、治病各项投入的成本 ,询检法的敏感性和特异性 ,询检阳性者的化疗覆盖率和血吸虫的感染率 ;影响筛查化疗的成本—效果比的变量 ,主要为每人次查病、治病的成本 ,查病方法的敏感性和特异性 ,血吸虫的感染率 ,阳性者的化疗覆盖率。[结论 ]可用卫生经济学方法建立用于选择血吸虫病化疗方案的成本—效果分析模型。
[Objective] To establish a cost-effectiveness analysis model for the selection of schistosomiasis chemotherapy regimens. [Methods] The costs of schistosomiasis chemotherapy, quarantine chemotherapy and screening chemotherapy were analyzed respectively. The number of patients cured by chemotherapy was taken as the effect index and the cost-benefit ratio was taken as the index of comparison. [Results] The variables influencing the cost-effectiveness ratio of chemotherapy for all were mainly the cost of each treatment per patient and the infection rate of schistosomiasis. The variables that affected the cost-effectiveness ratio of inquiry chemotherapy were mainly per inquiry, treatment The cost of input, the sensitivity and specificity of the method of inquiry, the coverage of chemotherapy and the infection rate of schistosomiasis; the cost-effectiveness ratio of screening chemotherapy, mainly for each checkup, treatment The cost, the sensitivity and specificity of the disease-finding method, the infection rate of schistosomiasis, and the coverage of chemotherapy in those who were positive. [Conclusion] A cost-effectiveness analysis model for selecting chemotherapy regimens for schistosomiasis can be established using the method of health economics.
