包钢烧结矿长期以来存在着强度低,粉末多,还原性差的缺点。为了改进烧结矿的质量,几年来进行了大量的试验研究工作,高碱度烧结矿就是经过试验得到的一种具有较好冶金性能的烧结矿。在公司党委的统一领导下,在冶金部工作组的支持下,于1976年8月至9月,包钢烧结厂和炼铁厂联合进行了高碱度烧结矿的工业生产和高炉冶炼试验。高炉冶炼试验的目的是观察高碱度烧结矿在高炉上使用的效果。为今后将高碱度烧结矿转为工业生产提供一定的技术依据。
Baotou sinter has a long history of low strength, powder and poor shortcomings. In order to improve the quality of sinter, a large number of experimental studies have been carried out in recent years. High alkalinity sinter is a kind of sintered ore with good metallurgical properties. Under the unified leadership of the party committee of the Company and with the support of the Working Group of the Ministry of Metallurgy, from August to September 1976, the Baosteel Sinter Plant and the Ironworks jointly conducted the industrial production of high alkalinity sinter and the blast furnace smelting test. The purpose of blast furnace smelting test is to observe the effect of using high basicity sinter on the blast furnace. For the future will be high alkalinity sinter to provide some technical basis for industrial production.
