以沁水煤田阳泉矿区韩庄区块韩平井田为工程背景,对0-1定向羽状水平井进行了工艺技术设计。主要包括井型选择、井身结构、轨迹设计3个方面。在井型选择方面综合考虑了研究区地质特征、当地经验、经济效益等因素;井身结构轨迹设计方面主要利用设计理论,结合当地经验进行;轨迹设计运用了二维设计方法,对该井轨迹控制、测钻、水平井与洞穴井连通技术等方面进行了具体设计。
Taking the Hanping Minefield in Hanzhuang Block of Yangquan Mining Area of Qinshui Coalfield as the engineering background, the technological design of 0-1 directional pinnate horizontal well was carried out. Including well type selection, well structure, trajectory design of three aspects. Considering the geological characteristics, local experience and economic benefits in the well type selection, the design of the wellbore structure trajectory is mainly based on the design theory combined with local experience. The trajectory design uses the two-dimensional design method, Control, test drilling, horizontal well and cave well connectivity technology and other aspects of the specific design.
