本文研究了在超声波辐射下羟乙基纤维素(HEC)和聚氧化乙烯(PEO)在水溶液中的连续超声共聚反应。结果表明:所得产物(HEC 和 PEO 的嵌段共聚物 HEC-b-PEO)随超声强度和 PEO分子量的增加而增加,随反应温度和反应物浓度的增加而减少,这一规律与文献报导内容一致。用偏光显微镜,透射电境、高速搅拌器、旋转粘度计等分别研完了HEC-b-PEO 的存在对 HEC/PEO的相容性及 HEC/PEO 水溶液的抗剪切性、热稳定性、抗盐性、耐酸性、在石英砂上的吸附性、泥浆流变性和滤失量的影响。结果表明:HEC-b-PEO 是 HEC/PEO 不相容体系的有效增容剂,能显著改善 HEC/PEO 共混物水溶液的性能。
In this paper, the continuous ultrasonic copolymerization of hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) and polyethylene oxide (PEO) in aqueous solution under ultrasonic irradiation was studied. The results showed that the product (HEC-b-PEO of HEC and PEO) increased with the increase of ultrasound intensity and molecular weight of PEO, and decreased with the increase of reaction temperature and reactant concentration. The compatibility of HEC-b-PEO with HEC / PEO and the shear resistance, thermal stability and anti-corrosion ability of HEC / PEO aqueous solution were studied by means of polarizing microscope, transmission electron microscope, high speed stirrer and rotating viscometer. The results show that HEC-b-PEO is an effective compatibilizer for HEC / PEO incompatible systems and can significantly improve the performance of HEC / PEO blend aqueous solution.
