组织胞浆菌病是一种少见疾病,长期以来除了作为一种地方性疾病之外,在HIV感染的患者可被认为是艾滋病特异性疾病。本文报告1例HIV感染的34岁女性患者,表现有发热、体重减轻,在躯干、上肢及面部有丘疹性皮损,通过皮肤活检培养出变种的夹膜组织胞浆菌。
Histoplasmosis is a rare disease that has long been known as an HIV-specific disease in HIV-infected patients, except as a local disease. This article reports a 34-year-old woman with HIV infection who presented with fever and weight loss with papular lesions on the trunk, upper extremities, and face.
