工业冷却水简称冷却水。据统计,冷却水用量约占工业水总用量的93%。冷却水系统可以分为二大类:直流冷却水(一次冷却水)系统和循环冷却水系统。其中循环冷却水系统又可分为敞开式和密闭式。在各种冷却水系统中,金属制造的冷却设备常常会遭到腐蚀。控制腐蚀的方法之一是添加缓蚀剂。在密闭式和敞开式循环冷却水系统中,由于水和水中的缓蚀剂被反复循环利用,缓蚀剂的利用率很高,所以添加缓蚀剂的方案得到广泛的应用。一、冷却水缓蚀剂的条件作为在冷却水中使用的缓蚀剂需要具备一定的条件:
