It is caused by the variability of the rheological properties. The variability of the rheological properties is determined by the molecular weight (distribution), the gel content and the content of non-rubber components (proteins, long chain fatty acid esters, saccharides, etc.). In this study, NRs in Africa and Asia were compared based on rheological properties related to processability (Mooney viscosity, Mooney relaxation, Wallace plasticity, PRI and RPA test data) and the correlation of test data was studied . The ideal linear relationship was obtained when the experimental data were divided according to the rubber origin (smaller geographical unit). In particular, the relationship between RPA and Mooney viscometer data has a high correlation coefficient.
