盛群半导体以其在OTP EPROM领域的专业设计,开发出串行(Serial)接口的新产品HT25LC512以扩大产品及市场的应用性。HT25LC512其记忆容量为512K bit,工作电压2.7～3.6V,4线(CSB、SCK、SI、SO)串行外围接口(SPI)设计,其工作频率最快可操作于15MHz,并采用产业标准的8-pin SOP封装。
With its professional design in the OTP EPROM field, Holtek Semiconductor has developed the HT25LC512, a new serial interface product, to expand product and market applicability. The HT25LC512 features a 512Kbit memory and a 2.7 ~ 3.6V operating voltage. The 4-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) design features the fastest operating frequency at 15MHz and industry standard 8-pin SOP package.
