对50例卵巢肿瘤的腹水或腹腔冲洗液中的细胞DNA进行流式倍体分析.于32例卵巢恶性肿瘤的腹水或腹腔冲洗液中发现27例为异倍体,18例良性肿瘤的腹腔冲洗液仅2例为异倍体.良恶性肿瘤腹水细胞DNA倍体状态与临床病理诊断的符合率分别为88.9%和84.4%.对25例卵巢癌的腹水或腹腔冲洗液同时进行细胞学检查,阳性率显著低于流式分析结果,仅为32%.腹水细胞的流式DNA倍体分析为识别良、恶性腹水开辟了一条新的诊断途径.
Flow cytometry was performed on cellular DNA in ascites or peritoneal washings in 50 patients with ovarian tumors. Twenty-seven aneuploidies were found in ascites or peritoneal washings of 32 ovarian malignancies, and only 2 aneuploidy were found in 18 of 21 benign tumors. The coincidence rates of DNA ploidy status and clinicopathological diagnosis of benign and malignant ascites cells were 88.9% and 84.4% respectively. Cytological examination of 25 patients with ascites or peritoneal washings of ovarian cancer was performed. The positive rate was significantly lower than that of flow cytometry analysis, only 32%. Flow cytometric analysis of ascites cells opens up a new diagnostic pathway for the identification of benign and malignant ascites.
