商业建筑作为民用建筑不可或缺的一部分,已经在现代城市生活中占据着越来越重要的地位,并且大型商业中心也经常成为整个城市的中心。随着人们生活质量的提高,商业建筑已经远远不止商业的范畴,通常情况下,大型商业建筑一般指以商业功能为核心,兼具娱乐、办公等功能在内的综合性建筑。从大型商业建筑的特点出发,结合实际商业办公建筑案例——厦门银行泉州分行方案,对大型商业建筑设计理念及区域影响做出初步探讨。
Commercial buildings, as an integral part of residential buildings, have become increasingly important in modern urban life, and large commercial centers often become central to the city as a whole. With the improvement of people’s quality of life, commercial buildings have gone far beyond commercial areas. Generally, large-scale commercial buildings generally refer to comprehensive buildings with commercial functions as the core and entertainment and office functions. Based on the characteristics of large-scale commercial buildings and the actual business office building case-Xiamen Bank Quanzhou Branch, this paper makes a preliminary study on the design concept and regional influence of large-scale commercial buildings.
