介绍了高职高专院校染整技术专业“三平台三进三出”多方参与的阶段式教学模式,着重讨论这种创新创造型教学模式的优化和构建,并用所获得的成效作为佐证。通过明确高职人才培养规律构建基于“三平台”的人才培养新模式、结合高职学生认知规律推行“三进三出”阶段式教学模式、构建“专业技术+岗位技能+综合素质”的实用新型课程体系、校企共建“技能四级递进,项目三结合”的实践平台,以及实施“多方参与”的第三方染整技术人才培养质量评价体系等五个方面,来保证省级品牌专业的建设。“,”This article describes the dyeing and finishing technology professional vocational colleges “three platforms three-three” stage participation teaching model, discusses the building and optimization of this innovative creative teaching mode, some obtained results are listed as evidence. Constructed “three platforms” based new-student-training model by explicit vocational training law, combined with vocationalstudents cognitive law to implement “three-three” stages teaching mode, built “professional skill + job qualification + comprehensive quality” utility model curriculum system, set up “four-step skill progress, three-pronged project” by schools and enterprises, and established “multi-stakeholder” third-party personnel evaluation system of dyeing and technical training quality.
