改革开放三十年以来,中国经济社会发展取得了可喜的成就,国有经济仍占主导地位,各级实体企业的领导的思想观念也随之发生了深刻的变化。但同发达地区和私企外企的部门领导相比,有些部门领导的思想观念仍然存在较大的差距。本人和企业接触较多,对一些部门管理者作风有一定了解,想谈一谈这方面的情况。
Since the reform and opening up for 30 years, China has achieved gratifying achievements in its economic and social development. The state-owned economy still dominates the leadership concepts of substantive enterprises at all levels and profound changes have taken place in it. However, compared with the department heads in the developed regions and in the private enterprises, there still exists a big gap between the ideas and concepts of leaders in some departments. I have more contacts with the business and have some understanding of the style of managers in some departments. I’d like to talk about this situation.
