患者女,68岁。因右侧头痛,眼胀,于1990年3月27日来诊。眼部检查:内外眼无异常,眼压正常。内科检查:血压25.065/12.799kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg)。口服降血压药后血压稳定,但出现右眼睑轻度肿胀,有时复视。于同年4月27日再次来眼科检查以右眼闭角型青光眼收入院。视力:右0.3。左1.2。眼压:有4.05kPa,左2.15kPa。右上睑轻度水肿,球结膜、角膜(-),前房稍浅,
