口腔运动干预对改善早产儿经口喂养的效果评价

目的评价口腔运动干预对改善早产儿经口喂养的效果。方法研究对象为唐山市妇幼保健医院收治的184例早产儿,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组早产儿给予口腔运动干预,主要内容为口腔按摩和非营养性吸吮;对照组实施早产儿常规护理。效果评价指标包括喂养进程、喂养表现和不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组早产儿完全经口喂养时的矫正胎龄比对照组短1.9周,进展时间和住院时间比对照组短5.2d和2.4d,喂养效率、喂养成效、摄入奶量比均高于对照组,而血氧饱和度下降、呼吸暂停和喂养不耐受不良反应的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔运动干预有助于改善早产儿经口喂养进程,缩短住院时间,促进早产儿体质量加速增长,提高喂养效率和成效,减少不良反应的发生。 Objective To evaluate the effect of oral exercise intervention on oral feeding in premature infants. Methods The subjects were 184 premature infants admitted to Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Oral motility intervention was given to the preterm infants in the observation group. The main contents were oral massage and non-nutritive sucking. The control group received routine nursing care of preterm infants. Performance evaluation indicators include the feeding process, feeding performance and adverse reactions. Results The corrected gestational age of the preterm infants in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group by 1.9 weeks, and the progression time and hospitalization time were 5.2 days and 2.4 days shorter than those of the control group respectively. The feeding efficiency, feeding effect and milk intake ratio were all higher The incidence of apnea and feeding intolerance adverse reactions were lower in the control group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Oral exercise intervention can improve the oral feeding process of premature infants, shorten the length of hospital stay, accelerate the growth of body weight in premature infants, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of feeding, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
