风口寿命长短对高炉正常生产至关重要。宝钢贯流式高流速风口的平均寿命在6个月以上,且风口烧损情况极少发生,原因在于风口结构合理、水速高、水质好,使得风口可以承受很高的热流强度。然而,贯流式风口的抗磨性能却不理想。在风口破损中以磨损为主,有的风口前端磨损后只有1～3mm厚。所以,提高贯流式风口前端的抗磨性能是当务之急。 The length of the life of the blast furnace normal production is crucial.
