1 前言 我校是一所农村中等师范学校(浙江省严州师范学校)。地处于浙西山区,招生对象为初中毕业生。学生经过三年学习毕业后,都将从事农村小学教育事业。由于农村经济不发达,交通不便,致使大多数地区小学布点分散,学校规模小,班级人数少,有的单班小学十几名学生拼成一个复式教学班,一名教师既要担任教育行政工作,又要完成教学任务。这种农村小学教育的现状,既要求师范学校的毕业生要掌握扎实的教育、教学基础知识,又要具备各学科的教学技能。 然而,我们在实践中发现,师范生实习返校后,体育课的教育、教学业务能力提高不明显。这不仅影响实习效果,而且给返校后的体育教学带来了困难。为此,本文就提高中师实习生的体育教学能力问题作一探讨,以期为培养合格的小学教师,提供一些参考依据和思路。
1 Preface My school is a rural secondary normal school (Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Normal University). In the western Zhejiang mountains, enrollment for junior high school graduates. After three years of study, students will be engaged in rural primary education. Due to the underdeveloped rural areas and the inconvenient transportation, the distribution of primary schools in most parts of the country is scattered. The schools are small in scale and the number of classes is small. Some dozens of single-class primary schools spell out a complex teaching class. , But also to complete the teaching task. This situation of rural primary education not only requires normal school graduates to master a solid foundation of education and teaching, but also possess the teaching skills of various disciplines. However, in practice, we found that after the normal students returned to normal school, the ability of education and teaching in physical education is not obvious. This not only affects the internship effect, but also brings difficulties to the physical education after returning to school. For this reason, this article discusses how to improve the ability of intern trainees in physical education so as to provide some reference and train of thought for cultivating qualified primary school teachers.
