How to find a suitable business strategy in the Internet age that suits its own positioning, meets the public needs and can sustainably develop is the core issue facing traditional media. Local newspapers, because of their weak strength and limited resources, belong to the administrative system and need to innovate in institutional mechanisms and management modes.
