张牟生于58年1月4日,72年6月至75年曾参加齐齐哈尔市业余体校的投掷项目训练。78年9月考入齐师院体育系学习。在校期间能努力学习,坚持参加运动队训练,圆满地完成四年的学习任务。运动成绩亦有较大幅度提高并取得了一定的成果。在参加的七次较大规模的田径比赛中,六次打破黑龙江省铅球纪录,一次打破东北地区体育院系铅球纪录,并在82年8月的第一届全国大学生运动会上以14.86米成绩获乙组(体育系)冠军。为学院、齐齐哈尔市、我省争得了荣誉。现把张牟的训练情况剖析一下,以对我们今后的训练工作戒鉴。
