本文从切齿原理出发,根据啮合原理,分别推导了直齿圆锥齿轮齿面和齿根过渡曲面的参数方程,为精确研究齿面的几何性质,提高轮齿变形和强度分析的精度提供了理论依据。
Based on the principle of gear cutting, the parametric equations of tooth surface and tooth root transition surface of straight bevel gear are deduced based on the principle of gear meshing, which provides a theoretical basis for accurately studying the geometric properties of tooth flanks and improving the precision of gear tooth deformation and strength analysis .
