浅析商业银行集团客户风险管理

随全球经济一体化的快速发展,企业集团已成为经济的重要组成部分,集团客户凭借规模优势和信用优势成为商业银行的重点营销客户。在竞争优质客户的驱动下,商业银行“垒大户”、多头授信的现象较为普遍。但由于集团客户股权关系复杂、行业经营多元化、财务透明度低、局部风险隐患不易监控,在当前经济金融形势复杂多变的情况下,集团性客户相对于单个客户,蕴含着更大的集群式风险,给商业银行风险管理带来较大的挑战。因此本文主要针对商业银行集团客户风险管理提出研究建议,从而最大限度降低集团客户风险带来的损失。 With the rapid development of global economic integration, enterprise groups have become an important part of the economy. Group clients have become key marketing clients for commercial banks by virtue of their scale and credit advantages. In the competition driven by high-quality customers, commercial banks “large base ”, long credit phenomenon is more common. However, due to the complicated relationship of the Group’s customers, the diversified operation of the industry, the low financial transparency and the difficulty of monitoring the potential risks in the local areas, in the current complex situation of economic and financial situation, the group of customers has a larger cluster-based Risk brings great challenges to the risk management of commercial banks. Therefore, this paper mainly puts forward the research proposals for the customer risk management of commercial bank group, so as to minimize the losses brought by the group customer risk.
