制订了轴承瓦体的传统铸造工艺方案,然后利用Viewcast软件对该方案数值模拟。结果显示:铸件两侧及其环形部分较薄区域最先凝固,内腔上下部和筋贯穿部位最后凝固,导致产生缩松、缩孔等缺陷;为此,在铸件相应位置设置两个压边冒口和一个侧冒口,但仍难以消除缩松、缩孔等缺陷,之后增设冷铁,获得了合格铸件。
Developed a traditional casting process of bearing tile body, and then used numerical simulation of Viewcast software.
