本人教授本科生《国际企业管理》课程6年了,在教学过程中有几点教学体会:1、教师要转换角色,成为教学活动的组织者、引导者与合作者教学活动必须建立在学生的认知发展水平和已有的知识经验基础之上。教学过程是师生交往、互动,共同发展的过展。教师要转变思想,更新教育观念,由居高临下的权威转向与学生平等对话,把学习的主动权交给学生,鼓励学生积极参与教学活动。教师要走出演讲者的角色,成为学生学习的组织者、激励者、引导者、协调者和合作者。教师在学生的学习讨论交流过程中,只给予学生恰当的引导与帮助。要让学生通过亲身经历、体验知识的形成和应用过程来获取知识,发展能力。《国
I have taught undergraduate “International Business Management” courses for 6 years. There are several teaching experiences during the teaching process: 1. Teachers need to change their roles and become the organizers, guiders and collaborators of teaching activities. Teaching activities must be based on students’ Cognitive development level and existing knowledge and experience. The teaching process is an exhibition of interactions and interactions between teachers and students and common development.
