文章认为广大中小学老师在提高学生思想道德素质方面发挥着主导作用,并强调提升中小学生的自我教育能力,才是提高他们思想道德素质的治本之策。而提高中小学生的道德认知水平、把握中小学生真实而合理的道德需要,不断强化、提升中小学生的尊严感,突出中小学生道德教育的实践性是提高他们思想道德素质的具体路径。
The article argues that the majority of primary and secondary school teachers play a leading role in improving students’ ideological and moral qualities, and emphasize that enhancing the ability of primary and secondary school students to self-education is the only way to improve their ideological and moral qualities. Improve the moral cognition of primary and middle school students, grasp the real and reasonable moral needs of primary and middle school students, continuously strengthen and enhance the sense of dignity of primary and secondary school students, highlighting the practicality of primary and secondary school moral education is a concrete way to improve their ideological and moral qualities.
