目的:针对少量胸腔积液以及胸膜粘连的普通放射现象进行分析,为临床治疗提供一定的参考。方法:选取我院2010年3月-2013年3月间行普通放射检查的患者60例,针对普通的放射征象进行回顾性分析。结果:普通放射检查能够有效的检出少量胸腔膈角变钝,给予患者抗生素进行治疗,能够有效的改善患者的症状,提升患者的生存质量。结论:影像学中的不可定性对于普通放射检查少量胸腔积液与胸膜粘连具有非常重要的意义,应当得到重视。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the common radiation phenomena of pleural effusion and pleural adhesions, and to provide some reference for clinical treatment. Methods: Sixty patients who underwent routine radiography from March 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed for common radiological signs. Results: The routine radiological examination can effectively detect a small amount of pleural diaphragmatic dullness, giving patients antibiotics for treatment, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. Conclusion: The uncertainty of imaging is of great importance for the routine radiological examination of small pleural effusion and pleural adhesions, which deserves our attention.
