选择丙烯酸酯基固化膜作为光盘预格式记录层,测量了其在633nm和780nm处的吸收系数,并进行了DSC分析。根据热吸收理论和典型的ROM结构,对光盘膜层内的温度场分布进行了计算。结果表明,反射层附近的温升对记录层的稳定性有重要影响
The acrylate-based cured film was selected as the pre-recording layer of the optical disc, the absorption coefficient at 633 nm and 780 nm was measured, and the DSC analysis was performed. According to the theory of heat absorption and the typical structure of ROM, the temperature distribution in the optical disk is calculated. The results show that the temperature rise near the reflective layer has an important effect on the stability of the recording layer
